My Thoughts- Reading Renewed, by Lucille Zimmerman, helped me find peace and happiness. I’m feeling renewed!
I liked how it was easy to read, yet had very informational text. Some of the topics included being renewed through connection, exercise, solitude, and healthy boundaries. My favorite chapter was about solitude. I am fortunate that I am able to spend a great deal of time with my children, but sometimes I need time to myself. Over the past year my husband has been spending time with them on the weekends and I have taken advantage of that to enjoy the solitude. It has helped me enjoy my relationship with my family even more.
I enjoyed reading and embedding the tips at the end of each chapter in my mind. I am going to make sure I keep thinking about them.
I highly recommend Renewed to everyone. Please buy a copy today.
