As a young girl did you dream about meeting your prince?  Do you now spend a lot of time thinking about what your future husband might look like or what he will be like?  While all that is fun to think about praying about your future husband and yourself can strengthen your future marriage.

Each chapter has input from the authors and others along with Bible verses, prayers and how to apply it in your own life.  Praying for your husband in areas such as understanding, strength, commitment and more will help you, your future husband and marriage.

About the author-  Robin Jones Gunn has been married for more than 34 years and has two grown children.  She has written more than 70 books which include the Christy Miller and Sierra Jensen series.  Tricia Goyer has four children and has been married more than 20 years.  She has written more than 25 books.

My thoughts-

I only wish that I had been able to read this book when I was a young unmarried woman.  I know I would have been able to grow in my relationship with God and pray for my future husband and better my marriage for it.

The layout of this book was great!  I really enjoy being able to read about first hand experiences and this book was full of them.  The women’s prayers were truly a testament to the power of prayer.  I thought that the addition of a specific prayers dedicated to the husband and reader, along with discussion questions made the book perfectly complete.

This is a book all young women and unmarried women should read.  I know I am going to share this book with my younger sisters and daughter.  I want the young women and their future husbands to have a wonderful, strong relationship with God.
